Fifth Frontier does not control the privacy practices, availability, security, or content of

independent third-party services.

Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16 - INSPECTION REPORTS AND THIRD-PARTY DOCUMENTS

When Fifth Frontier works from a home inspection report, repair amendment, property-management checklist, move-out report, or similar third-party document, our role is limited to reviewing and completing the specific items we agree to perform.

Fifth Frontier is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, findings, omissions, recommendations, or conclusions of a home inspector, real estate agent, property manager, engineer, or other third party.

Completion of an inspection-related repair does not constitute a new home inspection, certification of the property, or guarantee that the property complies with every applicable standard.

17 - REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

Fifth Frontier is an independent home-services provider and is not acting as a real estate broker, real estate agent, home inspector, attorney, engineer, appraiser, or representative of any party to a real estate transaction unless separately authorized and legally qualified to do so.

We do not guarantee that completing requested repairs will satisfy a buyer, seller, lender, inspector, appraiser, insurer, real estate professional, or other party.

18 - RENTAL AND TENANT-OCCUPIED PROPERTIES

Customers requesting service for rental or tenant-occupied properties represent that they have authority to authorize the requested work and provide Fifth Frontier with access to the property.

The property owner or authorized customer is responsible for tenant notices, entry requirements, lease obligations, and other landlord-tenant responsibilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19 - PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTATION

Fifth Frontier may photograph work areas before, during, or after service for purposes such as:

Project documentation
Estimating
Customer communication
Quality control
Recordkeeping
Documenting concealed or unexpected conditions

Photographs that identify a customer, address, personal information, or private property details will not be intentionally used for public marketing without appropriate permission.

20 - PROPERTY PROTECTION

We make reasonable efforts to protect the work area and surrounding property.

Some dust, vibration, noise, minor disruption, or movement of nearby items is inherent in repair and improvement work.

Customers should remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from the immediate work area before service begins.

11 - PERMITS AND CODE REQUIREMENTS

Projects requiring permits, inspections, or specialized licensing will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Permit fees, inspection fees, engineering expenses, or similar third-party costs are not included unless specifically identified in the approved scope.

Fifth Frontier will not knowingly perform work that we believe violates applicable legal or licensing requirements.

12 - PAYMENT

Payment terms will be identified on the applicable estimate, proposal, work order, or invoice.

Depending on the project, Fifth Frontier may require:

Payment upon completion
A deposit
Progress payments
Advance payment for specialty materials
Another payment schedule agreed to in writing

Any deposit or advance payment requirement will be subject to applicable law.

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

The customer is responsible for reviewing invoices promptly and contacting Fifth Frontier with any questions regarding charges.

13 - CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules change.

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

If a cancellation fee, service-call fee, material restocking charge, or other nonrefundable expense applies to a particular project, it will be disclosed when applicable.

Custom-ordered, specialty, or nonreturnable materials may remain the customer's financial responsibility after an approved project is cancelled.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or rescission right provided to a customer under applicable law.

14 - WORKMANSHIIP AND WARRANTIES

Fifth Frontier stands behind the work we perform and asks customers to contact us promptly if they believe there is a workmanship issue.

Any specific workmanship warranty applicable to a project will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.

Unless specifically stated in writing, Fifth Frontier does not provide a separate warranty for:

Normal wear and tear
Customer misuse or neglect
Damage caused by other contractors or third parties
Pre-existing conditions
Structural movement or settlement
Water intrusion from unrelated sources
Pest damage
Customer-supplied materials
Manufacturer defects
Conditions outside the approved scope of work

Manufacturer warranties, when available, are governed by the applicable manufacturer's terms.

15 - EXISTING AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

Fifth Frontier is responsible only for the work specifically included in the approved scope.

We are not responsible for correcting unrelated pre-existing defects unless those repairs are separately authorized.

Work performed on older or previously repaired property may reveal defects or deterioration that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.

",{"_139":150,"_141":151,"_51":143},"Nzk3MzU2Mw==","

6 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and requested work.

The customer should inform Fifth Frontier of any known conditions that could affect the work, including:

Known water damage
Mold or hazardous materials
Electrical or plumbing issues
Structural problems
Pest infestations
Restricted access
Alarm systems
HOA requirements
Tenant occupancy
Property-management requirements
Known safety hazards

Fifth Frontier is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from information that was materially inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld.

7 - MATERIALS

Unless otherwise agreed, Fifth Frontier may purchase standard materials required to complete approved work and include those materials on the customer's invoice.

Specialty products, custom-order items, fixtures, finishes, or customer-selected materials may require advance approval or payment.

Material appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing differences, age, fading, discontinued products, or differences between existing and replacement materials.

We cannot guarantee an exact match to existing paint, stain, flooring, trim, hardware, siding, finishes, or other materials unless specifically agreed in writing.

8 - CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS

Customers may provide their own materials when approved in advance.

Fifth Frontier is not responsible for defects, missing components, incorrect measurements, compatibility problems, shipping damage, product failure, or other issues associated with customer-supplied materials.

Additional labor caused by defective, incomplete, incorrect, or incompatible customer-supplied products may result in additional charges.

Manufacturer warranties for customer-supplied products remain between the customer and the manufacturer or retailer.

9 - CHANGES TO THE SCOPE OF WORK

Changes requested after an estimate or project scope has been approved may require a revised estimate, change order, additional authorization, or separate invoice.

Changes may also affect scheduling and completion dates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the approved scope and requesting changes before the applicable work is completed whenever reasonably possible.

10 - ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL, AND SPECIALIZED WORK

Fifth Frontier only performs work that falls within its legally authorized and qualified scope.

Some projects may require a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC professional, roofer, engineer, general contractor, specialty contractor, permit, inspection, or other qualified professional.

If we identify work that should be completed by another professional, we may decline or stop that portion of the project.

The customer remains responsible for engaging specialty providers unless Fifth Frontier specifically agrees in writing to coordinate them.

",{"_139":140,"_141":142,"_51":143},"Nzk3MzU2Mg==","

1 - SERVICE REQUESTS

Submitting a request through our website, Jobber request form, phone, email, text message, or another communication method does not guarantee that Fifth Frontier will accept or schedule the requested work.

We may review photographs, documents, inspection reports, repair lists, property information, and other details before determining whether a project falls within our service scope.

We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our capabilities, service area, availability, licensing requirements, insurance coverage, or authorized scope of services.

2 - ESTIMATES AND PRICING

When appropriate, Fifth Frontier will provide an estimate, quote, or other pricing information before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated:

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Pricing may change if the actual conditions differ materially from the information originally provided.
Estimates may be subject to an expiration date.
Material pricing and availability may change before the project is scheduled.
Work outside the approved scope is considered additional work and may result in additional charges.

No significant additional work will be performed without customer authorization except where reasonably necessary to prevent immediate property damage or address a safety concern, when permitted by law.

3 - HIDDEN OR UNEXPECTED CONDITIONS

Some property conditions cannot reasonably be identified until work begins.

Examples may include concealed water damage, rot, structural deterioration, improperly installed previous work, damaged wiring, deteriorated plumbing components, mold-like conditions, pest damage, or other concealed defects.

If an unexpected condition is discovered, Fifth Frontier may pause the affected portion of the work and discuss available options with the customer before proceeding.

Additional labor, materials, specialty contractors, testing, remediation, or other services required because of concealed conditions are not included in the original scope unless specifically stated.

4 - SCHEDULING

Scheduling is based on project size, current workload, property access, material availability, weather, and other factors.

Any scheduled date or projected completion date is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather
Material shortages
Supplier delays
Property access issues
Hidden conditions
Utility interruptions
Emergency service needs
Illness or injury
Acts of government
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

5 - PROPERTY ACCESS

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas necessary to perform the approved work.

If the customer will not be present, access instructions must be provided in advance.

Customers are responsible for securing pets, valuables, sensitive documents, firearms, and other items that may interfere with or be affected by the work.

If safe access cannot be provided, the appointment may need to be postponed or rescheduled.
